DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?
No, you don’t need to use a credit card to place an order online. We have many payment options available including:
- cash on arrival/delivery
- CIBC 1st Pay
- Bank transfer
-Paypal( Best for International orders)
WHY SHOULD I PROVIDE MY REAL EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER WHEN I ORDER?
Your information stays privately with us and we will never spam you. It’s important to have a way for our customer service team to contact you about your order. We also want to make sure you get our email confirmation as a record of the order.
WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE AN E-MAIL CONFIRMATION WHEN I MADE MY ORDER?
Though our confirmations are not spam, check there first. If the email isn’t there, please use our contact form or eMail us exotictopic.info@gmail.com. Don't forgot to add us in your safe Email List.
 
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE?
We do not accept returns due to the intimate nature of our products but if there is a problem with sizing or need for a repair, we are happy to assist. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp to explore this option.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes, If you have an idea for specific style of outfits, a special costume or uniform style in mind, or you’d like to request a piece that is currently sold out, please contact us directly for assistance. 
However, we do not offer duplicate recreation but rather Inspired by recreation. Check out our CUSTOM ORDER page for full details.
WHERE DO I ENTER A COUPON CODE?
A coupon/discount code box should be located in your cart.
There is also a coupon/discount code box located in your Order Summary dropdown and Payment section at checkout. 
WHAT IF I FORGOT TO USE COUPON CODE?
Contact us via email at exotictopic.info@gmail.com  or call us at: (246)825-8042 with your order number and we will apply the coupon discount for you if your order is placed within the valid time for the coupon. 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY OUTFIT?

Here is how you can take care of your outfit to ensure it last longer:

  • Handwash with mild detergent in luke warm /cold water
  • Hang dry (do not dry with Dryer)heat causes spandex to shrink and may cause gems to fall off
  • Store in a cool dry place

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Each order is processed automatically to make any additional changes to your order please text or email us your inquiry with your order number in the “Subject Title” of your email.
